Spiritual healing is offered by our qualified and trained healers after the Sunday services on a donation basis, and there is also a dedicated healing evening on most Thursday evenings from 6.30pm till 7.30, and again this is a donation-based service.

Sundays - After the service has ended the healers will open our dedicated healing room for anyone wishing to have healing energy administered, some healers will offer you a reclining chair to get comfortable in before they start their treatment, others will offer a suitable upright chair. You may notice that the healer’s hands get warm or that there are tingling sensations in the area they are working this is completely normal so please do not worry.

Thursdays - Again, this follows the same pathway that healing on Sundays takes and like Sundays after the healing you may sit back in the main hall and discuss any feelings or issues raised with other members seeking healing.

All donations for any healing received will go into church funds to help keep the church open for all who wish to enter.

What is Spiritual Healing?

The act of spiritual healing or energy healing is best described as harnessing the healing energy of the world of spirit and channelling that energy through a healer into the person or patient to bring about balance and harmony with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person being healed.

These healing energies are all around us and come from many sources including God or the creator of all life force. Those who have chosen the pathway of healing are but channels for connecting to and drawing down these energies for restoring the natural balance of a person or animal seeking help.

Once the energies are in flow they are taken in by the patient and used to heal pain, or discomfort throughout the body by stimulating the body’s own self-healing abilities.

There are several different types of healing that come under the Spiritual banner Reiki is probably the most easily identifiable, but they are just names given by others, this healing which can be done either in contact with, as in placing (with consent) the healers hands upon a certain part of the patient’s body to ease pain, it can also be done with the hands hovering just above the body.

Some healers can send remote healing to people over great distances, with the same effect as if the person was directly in front of them.
